Introduction
A small development on a 2 acre site in an industrial zone in the state of Selangor, the project consists of an office pavilion, service tower, below ground parking and cold stores for the temporary storage and distribution of imported food.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS
The elements of the scheme are juxtaposed to give a completely non-industrial look. With detailing finesse and a “strictly grass” landscaping a key consideration, the office pavilion has set itself apart on an elevated platform surrounded by lawn. The tower contains the substation, standby power, consumer switch room, staff pantry, chillers and condensers for the freezer stores, all parts of the building that will require frequent access for servicing.
