Our project involved the design, management and construction of two laboratories for our US client ISP, over two blocks separated by a rooftop garden totalling 1600m2. The complex Mechanical and Electrical systems needed to meet international standards of Good Management Practice and Good Laboratories Practice, in additional to the intricacies of lab planning. The design, mock-up and installation of lab benches that are non-standard. The difficult process of managing the procurement process, and the comples brief. The functional and aesthetic results obtained.
